ak44a Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and ak44a (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the ak44a website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted via your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

ak44a reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Verification may require submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated include:

• A bet is accepted only when it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Verbal confirmations or screenshots of bet slips prior to confirmation do not constitute accepted bets.
• ak44a reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects an error in odds or where it believes the integrity of a market may be compromised.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, ak44a reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's prevailing live odds at the time of placement. Network latency or delays in live data feeds may affect the availability of live markets.
• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC).
• Abandoned, postponed, or forfeited events are settled in accordance with the specific settlement rules for that market, which are published within the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ak44a Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their funds withheld pending investigation, and their activity reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud ak44a or other players, including misrepresenting identity, providing false documentation, or exploiting system errors.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. ak44a has a zero-tolerance policy and cooperates fully with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account. All accounts found to belong to the same individual will be closed and balances consolidated or forfeited as appropriate.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes, or to exploit bonus structures in a coordinated manner.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment chargeback or reversal with your payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

ak44a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
• The account has been flagged for verification and the Player has failed to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the Platform's responsible gaming programme.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• ak44a is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed due to suspected prohibited conduct, ak44a may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
